Processing’s brand name, by encouraging and monitoring customer quality-related feedback in real time.
Dedicated QHSE Department
We are always striving to improve working conditions and produce high quality throughout the supply chain. For example, P.P. Processing invested considerable resources in the improvement of our customer complains procedures, by automating the way all our departments enter and react to customer complaints.
Since re-branding and name change, we have had non stop improvement of QHSE-related KPIs. For example, we have a consistent approach to customer complaints and quality measures at P.P. Processing, to make sure that our department is operating using the same way as the other companies in the P.P. Group; which have had a QHSE department since 2010.
